On the 5th, South Korean President Lee Jae-myung began a four-day, three-night state visit. On the afternoon of the first day, he held talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping. This was the two leaders’ first meeting since the Gyeongju talks last November. He also pointed out that the closer the face-to-face interactions, the friendlier the China-Korea relationship will grow, and that there will be more frequent and deeper cooperation in the future.
