A young girl accidentally fell from a speeding three-wheeled motorcycle, but fortunately, the bus driver behind immediately stopped to help. He then drove for 3 kilometers to catch up, eventually returning the girl safely to her unaware parents.
This incident occurred at an intersection in Luxian County, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, China. At the time, a three-wheeled motorcycle was turning when a young girl on the vehicle was suddenly thrown out onto the road. The rider of the three-wheeler apparently did not notice and kept on driving.
Mr. Hu, the bus driver who happened to be passing by, witnessed the thrilling scene. He immediately stopped, called the frightened girl onto the bus, and then drove her while chasing the three-wheeler for about 3 kilometers. After 7 to 8 minutes, he finally caught up with the vehicle and safely handed the girl back to her panicked parents.
Mr. Hu later stated that the rescued girl was not seriously injured, and regarding his good deed, he modestly said: "It was what I should do, and it was worth it."
When the bus company manager reviewed the bus's internal surveillance, he discovered Mr. Hu's good deed, which had not been proactively reported. The manager said Mr. Hu would be commended and rewarded.
