Multiple U.S. media outlets reported on the 25th, citing statements from relevant officials, that Ukraine has in principle agreed to the peace agreement proposed by the United States, though some terms still need to be discussed.

CNN and CBS, citing a U.S. official, stated that Ukraine has agreed to the peace agreement: "There are still some details to resolve, but they have already agreed to the peace agreement."

Meanwhile, Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council Secretary Umarov said on social media the same day that Ukrainian and U.S. delegations have reached a consensus on the core terms of the peace agreement discussed recently in Geneva.

As a core member of the Ukrainian delegation, Umarov also noted that Ukraine looks forward to President Zelensky visiting the U.S. as early as possible in November to complete the final steps and reach an agreement with U.S. President Trump.

Additionally, The New York Times reported that on the 25th, a U.S. delegation led by Secretary of the Army Driscoll was in Abu Dhabi, UAE, holding talks with the Russian delegation to discuss the latest peace agreement proposed by the U.S.

U.S. media revealed on the 20th the full content of a 28-point new plan drafted by the Trump administration to end the Ukraine crisis, with key points including a non-aggression pact between Russia, Ukraine, and Europe, and Ukraine's pledge not to join NATO, among others. U.S. and Ukrainian representatives held talks on the 28-point new plan in Geneva, Switzerland, on the 23rd.

According to several U.S. media reports on the 24th, during the talks, the U.S. and Ukraine revised and condensed the 28-point new plan to 19 points, with some key and more controversial issues to be decided by the presidents of the U.S. and Ukraine.

Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov stated at a press conference on the 25th that Russia has already been informed of the contents of the 28-point new plan, but has not yet received any of the other versions speculated about by the media.
