(Miri, 10th) Organized by the Malaysia Teochew Federation Youth League and hosted by the Miri Teochew Association Youth League, students from Pei Min Middle School won a total of 14 awards in the 2025 National Arts and Culture Competition Miri Regional Competition, returning with great achievements.
Among these, in the Chinese hard pen calligraphy competition, junior group student Qu Yuanhui won first place, and senior group student Cai Songhui won third place. In the Chinese calligraphy competition, Huang Lizhen and in the western painting competition, Xin Xuanhuan both won third place. Several other students also returned with the Excellence Award.
This competition was held on April 13 at the Miri Teochew Association Grand Hall, with over 600 students from various primary and secondary schools in Miri participating, making the competition fierce. The award ceremony took place on May 18.
