(Kuala Lumpur, 21st) The Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim and Raja Permaisuri Agong Raja Zarith Sofiah today extended Father’s Day greetings to fathers nationwide.
His Majesty stated on Facebook that fathers are the source of strength for a family and are also important guides in shaping their children’s future.
Sultan Ibrahim expressed gratitude for the sacrifices, love, and teachings from fathers, saying these precious acts of kindness are invaluable.
His Majesty mentioned that although fatherly love is rarely expressed in words, a father's efforts and kindness will always be engraved in our hearts.
His Majesty also prayed for Allah’s blessings upon his late father Sultan Iskandar and late father-in-law, the late Sultan Idris Shah II of Perak.
