According to Xinhua News Agency, He Lifeng, who is also the Chinese Chairman of the China-Russia Prime Ministers' Regular Meeting Committee, and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Chernyshenko, the Russian Chairman of the Committee, jointly hosted the meeting of the China-Russia Prime Ministers' Regular Meeting Committee in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province.
He Lifeng stated that under the personal attention and promotion of the two heads of state, mechanisms for practical cooperation between China and Russia have been continuously improved, exchanges have become closer, bilateral economic and trade cooperation has maintained steady development, key projects are being steadily advanced, and cooperation in related fields is being carried out in an orderly and fruitful manner.
He Lifeng also said that China is willing to work together with Russia, following the important consensus of the two heads of state as the fundamental guideline and continuing to leverage the role of the Prime Ministers' Regular Meeting Committee Mechanism, to further advance mutually beneficial cooperation in all areas, oppose unilateralism and trade protectionism, and jointly safeguard the multilateral trade system.

Chernyshenko also stated that Russia is ready to include Ningbo Port in initiatives to expand trade with China. During his stay in Ningbo, Chernyshenko visited Ningbo Zhoushan Port.
Chernyshenko said: "We are committed to pragmatic cooperation and achieving concrete results. Russia is willing to include Ningbo Port in the strategic initiative to expand China-Russia trade and diversify export routes, which also includes developing the Arctic route." He added that developing the Arctic route is a promising direction in China-Russia cooperation.
Russian Prime Minister Mishustin will come to China from Monday (the 3rd) to attend the China-Russia Prime Ministers' Regular Meeting. According to the Russian government news office, during Mishustin's visit to China, he will discuss the development of logistics connectivity and industrial cooperation with China.
Russian Sputnik News also reported that during his visit to China, Mishustin will hold talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Qiang of the State Council. The two sides will discuss cooperation and development across various fields.
