British Man Slips and Breaks Arm in Shower Due to Oversized Genitalia Obstructing Vision

A 41-year-old man from London, England, Matt Barr, who has been medically certified as having the world's longest male genitalia at about 14.5 inches (around 37 centimeters), has suffered for years due to the inconvenience caused in his daily life.

Recently, while showering at home, his genitalia obstructed his vision, so he failed to notice leftover shower gel in the bathtub, slipped, and fractured his hand.

According to the Daily Star, a model of Barr's genitalia is currently on display at a museum in Iceland. However, instead of bringing him glory, its large size has become a hazard in his everyday life.

He stated that he was in a hurry for work that day and moved quickly, causing him to lose his balance, slip out of the bathtub, hit his head and injure his shoulder, resulting in two fractures. This was the first time he suffered such a serious injury from a similar accident.

Barr admitted that he had previously slipped in the shower due to his size, but those injuries were minor. He used to avoid using public showers, fearing drawing attention from others; now, even showering alone makes him uneasy, jokingly saying "maybe I should shower less often."

This was not his first embarrassing incident due to his size. In 2024, he was once asked to leave a yoga class after one pose made his outline very obvious, leading fellow participants to mistakenly think he was behaving inappropriately.
