This time, the stage design for Penny Tai's 'Dual Flame' was highly recognized internationally, winning the highest-level Platinum Award at the London Design Awards. It also won two Platinum Awards at the MUSE Design Awards in the US, in both 'Concept Design - Entertainment' and 'Event - Concert' categories. With these three top international honors, the concert was elevated from a musical stage to a work of art with both aesthetics and visual impact. However, it was ultimately unable to withstand commercial reality.

On the 27th, she stated that she would be canceling the Beijing and Guangzhou stops, for which tickets had not yet gone on sale. Therefore, this China tour will end with the Hangzhou show on January 17th. She said philosophically: 'I often say that life is a kind of spiritual practice. The first step is not enlightenment or understanding many principles, but to stop resisting reality, just like we are now. You keep asking why things are this way, but what we really should ask is: how should we find peace in this situation?'

As she always shares: 'We allow some things to happen, and then allow any emotional ups and downs. This is actually very important, because refusing to allow it creates inner friction. So we must allow this to happen, and then face it.' She choked up and added: 'Finally, what I want to say is that true strength is never about resistance but about letting go. All we need to do at this moment is stand our ground, and then you will understand—all lessons are not to knock you down, but to teach you how to stand, to stand firm in your heart.' Afterward, she mentioned the promoters, her working team, and expressed her gratitude.

Soon after, Live Nation issued an announcement: 'Penny Tai "Dual Flame" Beijing and Guangzhou concerts canceled', which mentioned: 'Due to the special stage production, venue limitations, and the hardship and helplessness of the current reality, we have encountered many insurmountable challenges. After rigorous and careful communication with the artist’s team and all partners, we have ultimately had to make the decision to cancel the Beijing and Guangzhou stops.'

Currently, in addition to the Hangzhou show on January 17, Penny Tai's tour will continue with a concert at the Kaohsiung Arena on March 21, with tickets now on sale.
