(Bandar Seri Begawan, 21st) Inchcape today announced the establishment of a joint venture, Imperial Motors Sdn Bhd (hereafter referred to as “Imperial Motors”), further strengthening Inchcape’s long-term commitment to the Brunei market as well as its strategy to build a diversified and scalable distribution platform in the Asia-Pacific region.
The establishment of Imperial Motors aims to enhance Inchcape Brunei’s current operational capabilities and create more opportunities for future distribution in Brunei, further strengthening its strength and influence in the local automotive industry.
Imperial Motors is an entity under Inchcape Brunei and, together with existing businesses such as NBT Brunei, Bravo Auto, and Inchcape Services, builds a fully integrated automotive ecosystem.
