Pop diva Elva Hsiao made a powerful comeback to the New Year's Eve concert stage after a 14-year hiatus, returning strong after surgery and rehabilitation. She sang non-stop for 18 minutes, sending the crowd into a frenzy, and boldly declared: “See you at the concert!”—teasing new plans for the coming year.

In recent years, Elva had taken a long break due to health issues. Throughout her hiatus, she repeatedly expressed her determination to return, but it wasn’t until 2025 that she officially stepped back onto the stage. Not only did she serve as a mentor on the show 'Let Me Sing,' but on December 31, after more than 14 years, she performed at Hunan TV’s New Year’s Eve concert in Mainland China. Elva was seen dressed in a white shirt, sharp suit, leather jacket, and loose long pants, with her long hair down and topped with a denim hat—a striking all-black ensemble.
