On the evening of March 31, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu delivered a video address, stating that Israel has dealt a heavy blow to Iran and is currently building new regional alliances to counter the Iranian threat.
He listed Israel's achievements against Iran, including weakening Iran's nuclear program, ballistic missile program, infrastructure, domestic security forces, and leadership.
He also mentioned Israeli military actions against Hamas, Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Houthis in Yemen, and Palestinian armed groups in the West Bank, claiming that Israel has established extensive buffer zones in Gaza, Syria, and Lebanon.
Netanyahu stated that in addition to deepening the Israel-US alliance, "we are creating new alliances with important countries in the region to counter the shared Iranian threat."
However, he did not elaborate on this.
According to The Times of Israel's analysis, Netanyahu's speech may serve as a publicity strategy in the event that the United States decides to end its involvement in the conflict with Iran.
