In response, Wei Zichen's mother issued a statement later, denying the bullying incident and explaining the origin of her son's hand injury, but her explanation led netizens to urge "don't compromise."
On the 25th, Wei's mother expressed her gratitude to fans for their concern about Wei Zichen.
