Business Jet Crashes in Maine, All 6 Onboard Killed

On the evening of the 25th local time, a private business jet crashed at Bangor International Airport in Maine, USA, resulting in the deaths of all six people onboard.

It is reported that among the victims were the wife of a partner at a prestigious Texas law firm and a pilot who had joined the company less than a year ago.

The US Federal Aviation Administration stated on the 26th that the accident had caused 7 deaths and 1 injury, but also indicated that the casualty numbers could change.

The preliminary report released by the FAA showed that the aircraft crashed during takeoff that evening, “crashing under unknown circumstances, flipping over, and catching fire.”

The FAA stated that relevant departments are conducting an investigation into the accident.

The northeastern region of the United States, where Maine is located, is currently experiencing widespread blizzard conditions. According to US media reports, visibility was low at Bangor International Airport at the time of the accident.
