The Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture has announced the revocation of Winborneo Leisure Tour Sdn. Bhd.'s (Company No. 201701021062 / License No.: 8811) tourism license, effective from December 18.
A statement from the Tourism Commissioner revealed that this decision was made in accordance with Section 8 of the Tourism Industry Act 1992 (Act 482) to revoke the company’s license.
“The government takes violations of the law by tourism operators very seriously in order to protect the public interest and safeguard consumer rights, ensuring order and reputation in our country’s tourism industry.”
