The train attendant hurriedly came to pry the door open and pushed her into the train.
Another on-site video shows this female passenger leaning outward from the train. According to the poster's description, the high-speed train had stopped for a while preparing to depart when the woman suddenly rushed out, getting caught by the door, unable to move forward or backward. A train attendant hurriedly came, pried open the door, and pushed her into the train.

On the evening of the 16th, a witness told Jimu News reporter that after this passenger boarded, she wanted to get off and got caught. After handling the situation, she still boarded the train. The service desk staff at Zhuzhou West Station stated they could not disclose the situation.

Relevant staff from Zhuzhou West Station Police Station told Jimu News reporter that the passenger said she misread the station's display screen and boarded the wrong train. After boarding, she wanted to get out, and then got caught by the door. The staff then pushed her back into the carriage, and she followed the train to the next station. "Currently, it cannot be determined whether it was intentional or unintentional, and she also claimed that a screen display issue led to the situation, so the matter is still under investigation."

On April 18th, a passenger at Shenzhen North Station forcefully blocked a train door from closing and was punished with administrative detention by the Shenzhen railway police for constituting the illegal act of "obstructing the normal operation of a vehicle."
