Jay Chou and his wife Hannah Quinlivan often split their time between Australia and Taiwan. Recently, there have been reports that an ancient mansion located in Toorak, a wealthy district in Melbourne, Australia, with a market value as high as 50 million Australian dollars (about 142 million Ringgit), has been successfully sold, with rumors that the buyer is Jay Chou. It is also said that the house is unlikely to be preserved and will probably be demolished and rebuilt. According to local media, the mansion was bought by an internationally well-known celebrity couple, with the male being a highly influential Asian singer and actor, with many suspecting Jay Chou. There are also reports that the buyer’s information lists Hannah Quinlivan’s father. Jay Chou has not responded, instead promoting his new song MV on social media stories.

A century-old mansion in Melbourne’s affluent district has been successfully sold.
The mansion is said to belong to the famous Zofia Kipen family, built in the 1920s and has a history of a hundred years. It had not been sold for the past 50 years. The estate covers over 3,500 square meters and the house itself is equipped with 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, with a design that leans toward the traditional luxury mansion style. It features a circular driveway leading to a large reception hall, and the backyard boasts a lawn, large trees, and an elliptical swimming pool. It is reported that when the property was put on the market, it was already specified that buyers could demolish and rebuild their own dream mansion.
