(Bandar Seri Begawan, 10 Jan) The headquarters of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Veterans Association (PERWIRA) was officially renamed to WISMA PERWIRA during a renaming ceremony yesterday.
The association was formerly known as Teratak PERWIRA, and the renaming was officiated by the advisor of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Veterans Association, Pengiran Ibnu Basit, and Pehin Datu Shari.
As the headquarters of WISMA PERWIRA, it serves as the administrative, leisure, and welfare center for members of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Veterans Association and Brunei Royal Armed Forces veterans.
The building also houses the VECONAC Business Center, which provides a platform for socio-economic development projects and supports members engaged in business and trade.
