High Temperatures Occur in Many Central Asian Countries

Recently, many Central Asian countries have experienced widespread high temperatures, with temperatures in some areas rising above 40 degrees Celsius. Meteorological departments of multiple countries have successively issued high temperature weather alerts, reminding the public to pay attention to heat prevention and cooling.

On the 15th, according to a report by Kazakhstan's Hydrometeorological Bureau, in the next two days, Kazakhstan will experience widespread high-temperature weather, with temperatures in the southern part possibly reaching up to 44 degrees Celsius. In addition, after the high temperatures, many areas will experience strong convective weather such as rain, thunderstorms, and hail.

The Hydrometeorological Bureau of Kazakhstan pointed out that in the last month of this spring, the overall temperature in the country was higher than the same period in previous years, and continuous attention to the development trend of high-temperature weather is still required in the future.

The Tajik Hydrometeorological Bureau reported on the 15th that in the next two days, areas such as Khatlon and Sughd in the country will experience abnormally high temperatures, with local temperatures reaching up to 42 degrees Celsius. The Tajik Committee of Emergency Situations recommends that the public minimize outdoor activities during the daytime.

The Kyrgyz Hydrometeorological Bureau forecasts that starting from the 16th, daytime temperatures in areas such as Chuy and Osh in the country will rise to 35 to 40 degrees Celsius. Medical experts remind that high temperatures can significantly impact elderly people, pregnant women, children, and patients with cardiovascular diseases, recommending the public take precautions to prevent heat stroke.

Uzbekistan's meteorological bureau released a statement saying that on the 16th, many areas in the country are expected to experience high temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius, with local temperatures in the southern and desert regions reaching up to 43 degrees Celsius.

The Uzbek health department advises the public to ensure adequate water intake, choose a light diet, and avoid high-sugar and high-caffeine drinks to prevent dehydration and elevated body temperature.
