This measure aims to protect the interests of customers. Should you need to withdraw a larger sum, please visit any of the bank’s nationwide branches during office hours for assistance at the counter.
Kindly be informed that all BIBD ATMs are equipped with anti-skimming protection devices. Please take the following extra precautions:
If you need to withdraw cash from other banks’ ATMs, please make sure of your intent.
When inserting your BIBD card into another bank's ATM, carefully check whether the ATM is fitted with any suspicious device.
If you have multiple bank cards from different banks, please use different PIN numbers.
The bank encourages everyone to remain vigilant. If you notice any suspicious device or activity at an ATM, please report it immediately to the relevant authorities and call the BIBD Customer Service Centre: 2238181.
