In the case of the sudden death of Taiwanese internet celebrity Hsieh Youxin, Ministry of Health officials have refuted claims that the ambulance took an hour to arrive at the scene!

After the incident, artist Namewee mentioned on social media, 'The ambulance was nearly an hour late. I really don’t know what the 999 number is for. When you call, you even get scolded...'

In response, Ministry of Health officials, when questioned by the media, revealed that the ambulance dispatched from Kuala Lumpur General Hospital set out at 12:30 p.m. on October 22 and arrived at the hotel room at 12:56 p.m., and began administering aid.

The official mentioned that after receiving the help-seeker's call, the ambulance was arranged to be dispatched within 2 minutes, and not as Namewee alleged that the ambulance only arrived after nearly 1 hour, but rather it arrived within 26 minutes.
