(Sibu, 30th) Dr. Liu Shiquan, Managing Director of Yifa Private Limited and President of the Brunei Fuzhou Association of Ten Counties, recently held a memorial service at his residence to mark the first anniversary of the passing of his beloved wife, Madam Wu Lili. The solemn and touching event was attended by nearly 200 people, who gathered to remember the departed.
That evening, Dr. Liu Shiquan, together with his children Liu Yiling, Liu Yiya and her husband, and Liu Yiming and his wife, along with family and friends as well as all employees from Aifa and Audiomarc, prayed together for the late Mrs. Wu Lili, the company's matriarch.
Before the service began, he affectionately recalled memorable moments from his late wife's life and shared heartwarming stories about her kindness in dealing with others. His eldest daughter, Liu Yiling, also gave a speech, recalling her mother's devotion and love for the family; his youngest son, Liu Yiming, reviewed photos to revisit his mother's life, creating an emotional and teary atmosphere.
The memorial service was officiated by Reverend Huang Yousheng from Labuan, who, along with the board members, led the worship, hymn singing, and prayers. The scene was solemn yet filled with gratitude.
After the service, all staff and family members had dinner together, during which the atmosphere was warm and cordial.
