Now 75 years old and a two-time Best Actress winner at the Hong Kong Film Awards for "Homecoming" and "The Postmodern Life of My Aunt", Siqin Gaowa is one of China's top actresses. She was born in Guangdong with ancestral roots in Ningcheng County, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, but joined Swiss nationality due to her third husband, Chinese musician Chen Liangsheng. After her husband's passing three years ago, Siqin Gaowa returned to live in China, but her health has continued to decline. Recently, netizens captured Siqin Gaowa's latest state, finding her frail and elderly, sitting in a wheelchair with an expressionless face and dazed demeanor, which is truly sigh-inducing.

Siqin Gaowa has kept an extremely low profile since returning to China and has almost completely vanished from the film industry, mainly attending book reading events in recent years. In May this year, she was photographed by netizens on the street, seen wearing reading glasses and with thinning hair, almost having shed all remnants of her former celebrity aura.

Recently, Siqin Gaowa was again seen at the airport, this time relying on a wheelchair and being pushed along by airport staff. Sitting in the wheelchair, Siqin Gaowa was expressionless and frequently hung her head, leaving it unclear whether due to physical discomfort or a bad mood. Her complexion did not look good, and she seemed rather spiritless, making her health status truly worrisome.
