The three-day event attracted coffee enthusiasts and travelers to experience Brunei’s vibrant coffee culture.

The launching ceremony was jointly officiated by Kota Kinabalu Mayor Datuk Hajiji and Brunei Consul General in Kota Kinabalu, Fatchana. The event brought together Brunei's top coffee and matcha cafes, including Batches Coffee x East Layong, Coffee Up!, Dahaga Cafe, Erti Kafe, Jumpa Coffee and Roastery, Kupi Tu Wa Ga x Ebb & Flow Coffee Roaster, Sip Sip Coffee, Three Light Coffee Bar, and T’sliur.

At the same time, travel service providers such as Anthony Tours & Travel Agency, AZ Back to Nature Travel and Tours, Oceanic Quest, and Roda Impian Cruise also participated.

It is worth mentioning that Brunei’s startup, 360 Geoinfo (B-JAUR.com), also exhibited. As a digital café guide platform, it assists tourists in exploring Brunei’s coffee culture and discovering unique cafés.

This roadshow aims to promote Brunei’s unique coffee and matcha brewing culture in Kota Kinabalu and provide a platform for Sabah tourism professionals to interact with Brunei coffee businesses and tour operators, promoting niche tourism experiences.

The event features coffee tasting platters, interactive experiences, tourism package promotions, and exchanges with coffee stall operators, creating a lively atmosphere.

The event runs from today until August 31, open from 12pm to 9pm daily. The public can follow Instagram @brunei.tourism for more information.
