【Gang Revenge Killing】Deceased Tied to Sibu Crime Syndicates, Widow Wails at the Scene

(Cheras, 17th) The two deceased victims attacked in front of a shopping mall were from Sibu, Sarawak, and were allegedly involved in criminal activities.
Police sources revealed that the deceased, Chiu Lu Guang (transliteration, 44) and Zheng Xi Qiu (transliteration, 42), were influential figures in Sibu; the former had four prior offenses, including a murder case, while the latter was involved in a gang-related offense.

Sources indicated that the two were attacked around midnight on Tuesday while walking to retrieve their car. 
They were ambushed near the entrance of the basement level of the mall by four masked gunmen. 
The assailants, believed to have planned the attack in advance, wore pantyhose masks and fired multiple shots at the victims. Even after the victims fell, the gunmen continued to shoot multiple rounds to ensure they were dead before fleeing in a silver Perodua Alza driven by an accomplice. 
Meanwhile, a woman believed to be the wife of one of the deceased appeared at the scene, wailing and crying loudly beside the deceased, shouting "Husband!".
