He pointed out that Tai Chi Qi Gong Eighteen Form is a set of fitness exercises that blend traditional Chinese wisdom with modern wellness concepts. Its slow and gentle movements, flowing like clouds and water, not only help strengthen the body but also regulate emotions, enhance concentration, and improve self-healing abilities. It is suitable for all age groups to practice.

“The Sarawak government has always attached great importance to the physical and mental health of the people. In the future, we will continue to create a healthier and more vibrant social environment through community sports activities, elderly health programs, and the improvement of fitness facilities.”
He also called on citizens to participate more in intergenerational fitness activities, allowing the elderly to stay active, middle-aged people to enhance their physique, and young people to cultivate healthy living habits from a young age.
