Zhou Heniann Denies Being Forced Out of Group Due to Sex Transaction, Counter-Sues Agency for Spreading False Statements

Published at Jun 21, 2025 04:53 pm
In 2017, THE BOYZ member Zhou Heniann recently became embroiled in rumors of an alleged sex transaction with AV actress Kirara Asuka, resulting in his agency, One Hundred Label, reportedly seeking to terminate his contract and remove him from the group. Zhou Heniann, however, clarified through an Instagram story a few days ago, stating that he had never engaged in any sex transaction or illegal behavior.

Yesterday (the 20th) around noon, he posted once again, this time turning his criticism toward his agency, emphasizing that he had never withdrawn from the group, nor had he agreed to terminate his exclusive contract—accusing the agency of making false public claims.

Earlier today, Zhou Heniann also posted a black background image, refuting the external accusations and false reports, saying that he will pursue civil and criminal legal action to restore his innocence. He reiterated: “If there is any evidence of a sex transaction, please reveal it immediately.” He also emphasized that he has not withdrawn from the group, but the agency is pretending that his contract has already been terminated, even intimidating and coercing him, threatening that if he does not leave the company, he will have to pay more than 2 billion KRW (about 6.2 million MYR) in penalties.

Kirara Asuka Responds and Reveals the Truth

On the 20th, Kirara Asuka also broke her silence, speaking out on X. She said there is widespread speculation and pleaded for people to stop spreading false information. She wrote, “I have never in my life privately received money for sexual activities (prostitution). Of course, this time is no exception.”

She further disclosed that at the meeting with Zhou Heniann that day, there was a woman present whom she met for the first time. This woman seemed to have an interest in Mr. Zhou and ended up selling photos she took to 'Weekly Bunshun'.
