(Miri, 10th) In conjunction with the “Borneo Cultural Carnival 4.0” held at the outdoor parking lot of Miri Boulevard Shopping Mall, the cultural event “Sound of Drums” organized by the Miri Kedayang Association took place last night, attracting enthusiastic participation from people of all ethnic groups, who together experienced the unique charm of Borneo's diverse cultures.

Miri Kedayang Association President Mohamad Abdullah stated that “Borneo Cultural Carnival 4.0: Sound of Drums” is not only a cultural performance, but also an important platform to foster unity among all ethnic groups, inherit cultural heritage, and showcase the diverse cultural features of Sarawak to the younger generation and visitors.

He said that this year's event is themed “Sound of Drums”, symbolizing the rhythm of unity, closely connecting all ethnicities in Sarawak. Although each group has its own drum music culture, when different drum sounds converge on the same stage, they compose a symphony that reflects the harmonious coexistence and unity of the people of Sarawak.
