Chinese AI company DeepSeek's large model tool DeepSeek has experienced a large-scale, prolonged outage, with the company stating it is currently investigating the issue.
Chinese media reported that from Sunday evening (March 29) to early Monday morning (March 30), DeepSeek suffered a sudden large-scale service disruption, with both the web and app versions showing messages like “server busy”, interrupted conversations, and lost content. “DeepSeek crashed” quickly became a trending topic.
On Monday, DeepSeek stated it is investigating the service outage that has lasted for over seven hours.
