Countdown to 2025 Injects Energy; Indonesian Legendary Singer Hetty Koes Endang to Perform

(Kuching, 17th) Indonesian legendary singer Hetty Koes Endang will inject energy into the Sarawak-level 2025 New Year celebration event held at Kuching Riverside on December 31st.

Datuk Seri Abdul Karim, Sarawak Minister of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts, stated that the event will start at 8 am and is expected to feature various exciting activities, including performances by local famous artists such as Akim & The Magistrate and Zee Avi, as well as a fireworks display.

“As I understand, Sarawak Head of State Tun Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud and his wife will attend this event together.”

Abdul Karim also said at the press conference regarding the “Countdown to 2025” celebration that Premier Abang Johari will also join the masses in celebration.

To reduce traffic congestion near the event, Abdul Karim also suggested that people from nearby areas such as Samarahan, Kuching, Siniawan, and Lundu carpool to ensure more parking spaces are available around the event vicinity.
