Three-Vehicle Collision in Bintangor: Two Injured and Sent to Hospital

(Bintangor, 6th) Yesterday noon, a three-vehicle collision occurred on Jalan Simpang Tambak in Bintangor, resulting in two people being injured.
According to the Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department Operation Center (PGO), the accident took place at 12:16pm yesterday, involving a Perodua Kancil, a Perodua Viva, and an Isuzu Dmax.
The statement pointed out that a 34-year-old man, Jeplin Ngindang, was trapped in the driver’s seat of the Perodua Kancil with serious injuries, including fractures in both legs and a laceration on his chin.
His 12-year-old son, Michael Spencer Muil, who was in the car with him, was also seriously injured, suffering a fractured pelvis and an open wound.
The boy was rescued by members of the public before authorities arrived.
A team from Saratok Fire and Rescue Station (BBP Saratok), led by PBK II Freddy John, arrived at the scene at 12:58pm and used specialized rescue tools to extricate the trapped driver.
As for the drivers and passengers of the other two vehicles, including Nur Akmanisha Busuni (Isuzu Dmax) and Mohamad Jahasmaddy Jais (Perodua Viva), none were injured.
