Refutation: The photo was a Christmas Eve date photo taken on December 24, 2019. She was an adult.

9. Conversation Screenshot Released by Horizontal
Claim by Horizontal: Requesting to sleep hugging, implying a relationship; Kim Sae-ron was only 17.
Refutation: Kim Soo-hyun never sent such a message in 2016. Hence, the conversation is presumed to be someone else's or fabricated. Please submit the original data to investigative agencies.

10. 2018 Conversation Released by Horizontal, implying Kim Soo-hyun stood Kim Sae-ron up
Claim by Horizontal: A behavior seen when men cheat, pretending to love deeply in middle school, then cooling off, is a high school student too old?
Refutation: The conversation between Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Sae-ron did occur in April 2018 during Kim Soo-hyun's two-week vacation. Although they exchanged messages, they did not meet and weren't in a relationship. They started dating in summer 2019.

Furthermore, at a press conference, Kim Soo-hyun asserted that Kim Sae-ron only engaged in activities as an entertainer, not participating in auditions or coaching, and as a lover, the chances of getting the contract period or age gap wrong are out of the question.
