Locally, extremely heavy rain is expected in northern Shaanxi and northwestern Shanxi.
According to the forecast from the Meteorological Center of the Air Traffic Management Bureau of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, due to the combined influence of cold air and warm moist currents, most areas in eastern Northwest China and North China will see light to moderate rain, with locally heavy rain. The precipitation will last throughout the day on Wednesday.
Airports in Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Hohhot, and Yinchuan may be affected. Haikou Meilan Airport and Kunming Changshui Airport may experience low cloud or low visibility conditions in the morning, which could affect flight operations.
