Miri Tian Clan Association Spring Gathering - March 7th General Assembly and Swearing-in Ceremony

(Miri, 12th) The Miri Tian Clan Association is scheduled to hold its 2026 annual general meeting, Chinese New Year gathering, and the inauguration ceremony for its committee and youth group on March 7, 2026 (Saturday, 19th day of the first lunar month) at 5:30 PM, at the Grand Palace Hotel, Miri.

The organizing committee chair for the Chinese New Year gathering, Tian Yongxian, calls on all clan members to enthusiastically purchase dinner tickets, bring their families, and attend this grand event to jointly celebrate the Spring Festival, creating a lively and warm festive atmosphere. The evening will feature entertainment programs, karaoke, and a lucky draw to add joy for all attendees.

He said that to give back to members and strengthen the ties among clan relatives, each dinner ticket for this Chinese New Year gathering is priced at RM50. Additionally, any new members who apply to join the association from today onwards will receive a complimentary dinner ticket. It is hoped that more Tian clan relatives will actively join the association and contribute to its growth.

(3) Secretary Tian Xiumei’s report on 2025 association affairs;

(4) Treasurer Tian Guoqiang presenting the 2025 financial report for general approval;
(5) Youth Group report on 2025 activities;
(6) Discussion of proposals (if any);
(7) Adjournment.
