The conflict between Israel and Iran continues to escalate, and the Chinese Embassy in Iran has announced the suspension of its consular service window operations.
The Chinese Embassy in Iran posted a notice on its official website stating that the embassy's consular service window will be closed to the public starting Sunday (June 15), with the reopening date to be announced later.
Last Friday (13th), Israel launched a large-scale airstrike on Iran, targeting Iranian nuclear facilities and killing several senior Iranian military officials and top nuclear scientists. Tehran subsequently retaliated with attacks on Israel. In response, Iran fired hundreds of ballistic missiles at Israel.
