A Rottweiler dog biting incident occurred in Kuala Ketil, with a total of four people bitten so far, and one of the injured fell unconscious after being bitten.
Residents have posted on Facebook urging the Baling District Council and the Department of Veterinary Services to pay attention to this matter and take prompt action to prevent more people from getting hurt.
It is reported that the Rottweiler dog biting incident happened at Kuala Ketil Lesabharara, near the large water tank. Two of the injured victims have serious injuries, while the other two have relatively minor injuries.
A netizen posted on Facebook around 8 a.m. yesterday, mentioning that a total of four people were bitten by dogs. They are receiving medical attention in Kuala Ketil, and one of the injured suddenly fainted after being bitten.
It is understood that the Rottweiler dogs involved are owned by someone. After receiving reports from the public about the incident, the police have visited the owner, but the details of the case are yet to be disclosed by the police.

It is understood that the involved Rottweiler dogs have bitten people before and this incident resulted in five people being injured, with two people suffering more serious injuries.
The incident took place around 6 a.m. on Tuesday morning at the Kuala Ketil Lesabharara Garden, near the local large water tank. After being untied, the two dogs wandered around the residential area, attacking people. Injured parties included a middle-aged Chinese man jogging in the morning and an Indian Muslim selling nasi kandar by the roadside.
After receiving reports, the police immediately searched for the dog owner. The dog owner, a man in his 70s surnamed Chong, told the police he found the dogs had escaped only after waking up and rushed to the scene upon being notified to retrieve the dogs.
All injured individuals received basic bandaging at a local clinic before being sent to Sultan Abdul Halim Hospital for further treatment.

Rottweilers Previously Bit a Professor, History of Attacks
It is reported that these two Rottweiler dogs have been involved in several previous biting incidents. Local residents revealed that one of the dogs had bitten a professor from the University of Insaniah (UNISHAM) before, and this incident marks the second time they injured people, with more victims and more severe consequences.
Rottweiler Introduction: Loyal But Aggressive
Rottweilers originated from Germany and are large guard dogs, named after the ancient town of Rottweil in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
This breed is known for its loyalty, strong aggressiveness, high focus, and adaptability. They bark less frequently and are classified by the American Kennel Club as working dogs, often used for security patrols, tracking, and guarding, as well as serving as military dogs, guard dogs, and family companion dogs.
The case is still under further investigation. Residents have expressed concerns over the negligence of the dog owner and called on the authorities to take stricter measures to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
