12-Meter-Tall Inflatable Santa Stolen; Netizens Joke It's the Hardest Loot to Hide

As Christmas approaches, a giant inflatable Santa Claus measuring about 12 meters high and 6 meters wide was actually stolen. Netizens are curious about how many people would be needed to steal such a behemoth, and some have remarked that this must be the most difficult loot to hide.

According to the New York Post, a huge inflatable Santa Claus about 12 meters tall and 6 meters wide was stolen late at night from the Kramer Family Christmas Tree Lot in Phoenix, Arizona.

This family-run tree lot, which has been in business for 25 years, discovered the next morning that the wire fence surrounding their lot had been cut. Their centerpiece—an enormous inflatable Santa Claus that had accompanied countless families for over 30 years as a “photo-op legend”—was gone. Drag marks in the sandy ground showed that this massive object had likely been deflated and “dragged away from the scene.”

Family member Kyle Kramer posted a plea for help on social media: “We are truly heartbroken! Our big Santa was stolen; he’s part of the holiday spirit for so many families who come here. If anyone sees him, please let us know—we want him back so badly!”

Netizens were amazed at how this giant could be stolen. Just how many people does it take to move such a colossus? And with its massive size, it would surely stand out.

Some netizens joked that this must be the hardest loot ever to hide.

Phoenix police are currently investigating, and the whereabouts of this Santa Claus remain a mystery.
