A small plane crash occurred in San Diego, California, on the 22nd, resulting in at least 2 deaths and 8 injuries. The death toll is expected to rise.
At least 10 buildings were damaged in the crash, and vehicles along the streets caught fire due to burning fuel from the plane after it hit the ground.
San Diego Fire-Rescue Department Assistant Chief Eddie confirmed that the deceased were all on board the plane.
He said, “When the plane hit the street, all the cars along the street were impacted due to the fuel leak.”

The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration confirmed that the crashed aircraft was a Cessna 550, carrying 6 people at the time.
The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board will investigate the crash.
