(Kuala Lumpur, 5th) MCA President Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong has called on Pekan Nanas voters to support MCA-BN candidate Tan Yong Ming, so that Pekan Nanas can continue stable development.
He said that under the leadership of Johor caretaker Menteri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz, the Johor state government has delivered outstanding performance over the past four years, achieving a series of remarkable results.
He cited examples such as Johor's economic growth rate reaching 8% in 2025, far surpassing the national average of 2.5%; and last year setting a historical record by successfully attracting RM110 billion in foreign investment.
“At present, Johor is on the right track towards the 'Johor 2030 Advanced State Blueprint', with the plan for 100,000 units of affordable housing in Johor, and Pekan Nanas being one of the designated key construction zones.”
Wee Ka Siong believes that as the incumbent assemblyman for Pekan Nanas, Tan Yong Ming is the best candidate to lead Pekan Nanas to new heights.
