On Edwin Siu's 48th birthday, Mandy Wong announced that their son had been born. On the 6th, Edwin Siu shared multiple photos of father and son. The visible tiredness was apparent, yet he still seemed excited. He joked that he is ready to say goodbye to the days of “playing games and watching anime” for his son!
Edwin Siu commented: “Perhaps due to often not getting enough sleep, I feel a bit dazed. Sometimes, just after finishing a round of busy work and wanting to sit down to rest, someone will hand you a crying baby, and then you realize you have leveled up to being a dad. With great power comes great responsibility, and perhaps the days of gaming and watching anime are getting further away from me... but as long as I see my little son, everything is worth it.” It is reported that new dad Edwin Siu, in preparation for the arrival of the little one, not only slowed down his work pace but also took time out to attend parenting classes, hoping to share in the work of taking care of the baby with his wife.
