In 2019, His Majesty the Sultan of Brunei made an official visit to Vietnam, elevating the relationship between the two countries to a comprehensive partnership.
He mentioned that an increasing number of Vietnamese enterprises are seeking business opportunities in Brunei.
Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defense Fook Goi Chun attended the event as the main guest, and the Vietnamese ambassador to Brunei, Tran Anh Vu, was present at the event.
