(Kyiv, 27th) In the early hours of the 27th, the Ukrainian Air Force posted on social media that Russian MiG-31 fighter jets had taken off, and the entire territory of Ukraine was facing the threat of a missile attack.

Around 1:30 a.m. local time, reporters from Xinhua News Agency heard multiple loud explosions in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine.

The head of Kyiv's Military Administration, Tkachchenko, said on social media in the early hours that Russian forces were launching attacks on Kyiv. Tkachchenko urged local residents to pay attention to safety and protection.

According to Xinhua, Zelensky said to the media that day that he plans to meet with U.S. President Trump in Florida on the 28th to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine and some “sensitive” issues.

Zelensky stated that during the Ukraine-U.S. leaders' meeting, “any questions and differences, including territorial issues, will be brought up.”

Zelensky said that the new version of the 20-point “peace plan” to end the Russia-Ukraine conflict is currently 90% complete, and security guarantees for Ukraine involve several documents. “We hope to have the opportunity to discuss all issues.” In addition, there has been some progress on related economic agreements. He stressed the necessity of meeting with Trump to finalize all agreements as much as possible.

Zelensky said that the relevant agreements between Ukraine and the United States are basically ready, but whether they are signed depends on the format of the meeting between the two sides. However, the new 20-point “peace plan” needs to be jointly signed by Ukraine, the United States, Russia, and Europe. Without the participation of Russia and Europe, this document cannot be signed.
