(Bandar Seri Begawan, 10th) Brunei Aegis Private Limited's subsidiary Aegis Secure Solutions Corp (referred to as Aegis Corp) and Philippine Eagle Corinthians Integrated Security (referred to as Corinthians) have officially signed a joint venture agreement.
This marks the establishment of a strategic partnership between the two companies, aimed at providing comprehensive cash security solutions in the Philippines. The agreement was signed by key executives from both parties.
Guests representing Aegis Corp included Datuk Ahmad, Chairman of Aegis Group in Brunei, Jorge Francisco Vega, President of Aegis Corp, and Directors Nur Khadijah and Gerald Radar G Josue. Representatives from Corinthians included Chairman Noel E Bongat, President Noel T Bongat, Financial Officer Bernadette Nicetas T Bongat, Director Bong Cruz, and Legal Advisor Alex Cruz.
