PROGRESIF Prepares to Offer Cybersecurity Operations Center Services

(Bandar Seri Begawan, 10th Jan) With technology increasingly integrated into daily life and business operations, cybersecurity threats have become a growing concern for many countries.

In Brunei, we are witnessing a continuous increase in cybersecurity threats. Progresif, in collaboration with ST Engineering, is preparing to work with organizations by offering security operations center services to address these threats.

The CEO of Progresif Ltd., Hajah Nurul Hani An, emphasized in her opening remarks that the announcement of the partnership with ST Engineering last September signals the company's proactive approach to playing a more central role in providing security operations center services for the Brunei market and that they have already started business operations.

She added, "Protecting networks and ensuring business continuity has never been more crucial. The company will be at the core of the national agenda to promote the importance of cybersecurity in the digital realm and enhance local organizations' understanding and implementation of effective cybersecurity measures."

The Progresif enterprise showcase was launched by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications, (Ir) Haji Mohammad, attended by over 200 guests from public and private sectors.

The showcase aims to present various enterprise solutions offered by Progresif. Other attending partners included Huawei, Alibaba Cloud, Microsoft, UNN, ULAP, Netcom, POSx, Folec, and the Brunei Cybersecurity Association.
