(Bandar Seri Begawan, 11th) — The Brunei Chinese Charity Association is actively promoting the construction of a crematorium, which has recently received strong support from enthusiastic members of society. Following the earlier fundraising, philanthropists from the capital and Muara area have generously contributed, helping to advance this social welfare project that benefits the community. Among the donors, sisters Han Shuyi and Han Shuxian have again demonstrated their compassion, mobilizing resources among their relatives and friends, showcasing the Chinese community’s spirit of mutual care and solidarity.

Charity Association committee member Shen Qiuxiang recently handled the latest batch of donations. This list of contributions, embodying the love of many, includes: Jian Yongshun and family generously donated 1,000 yuan; Hong Renyuan and family cheerfully donated 300 yuan; Lin Guanhai and family and Huang Meifeng each donated 100 yuan; in addition, the benevolent sisters Han Shuyi and Han Shuxian each donated 50 yuan.

It is worth mentioning that the Han sisters not only contributed themselves, but also actively sought further donations from their relatives and friends. Their enthusiasm and persistence fully reflect their deep recognition and support for the Association's crematorium plan. On behalf of the Charity Association, committee member Shen Qiuxiang expressed heartfelt thanks while receiving the donations, and emphasized that every cent will be used for the construction project, ensuring dedicated use of funds.

The Brunei Chinese Charity Association initiated the crematorium project to provide comprehensive afterlife services for local deceased individuals, representing a long-term social welfare initiative. Since the launch of the fund, it has received strong responses from various Chinese associations, businesses, and benevolent individuals. The Charity Association calls for even more public support for this initiative, so that this act of kindness and merit may be fully realized.

The Charity Association also takes this opportunity to extend its sincerest thanks to all donors, and firmly believes that with the concerted efforts of everyone, the crematorium will be completed and operational soon to serve the community and benefit future generations.
