At the time, Carina Lau wore a lace dress showing off her bust, emanating elegance and allure. Yesterday (23rd), she appeared alone at a HSBC private dinner, wearing an even bolder outfit— a sheer short dress with a nude camisole and shorts underneath, creating a "topless" visual effect. Carina Lau and Tony Leung sparked their love while working together on a stage play in 1988, and had a grand wedding in Bhutan in 2008. The couple recently revisited Bhutan earlier this month, still affectionate after 16 years of marriage. 58-year-old Carina made a fiery appearance at the dinner, openly stating, "While my figure is still okay to show off, I should wear more. In a few years, I might not be able to wear it."

When asked if Tony had to preview her outfits, Carina said, "He has one good thing, he doesn’t control my clothing choices, it's fine as long as I look good." She also mentioned that Tony never comments on whether she’s too sexy or not, and when asked if he reminds her to avoid wardrobe malfunctions, Carina said, "No, he trusts me, and if I wear it out, it's steady." When asked if she wishes Tony would sometimes take a controlling, masculine role, she straightforwardly said, "Control and it falls apart, it must not be controlled, absolutely do not control me. I don’t control him either."
A group of female reporters on-site burst into knowing laughter after hearing Carina Lau's "control and it falls apart" remark, concluding, "This is your way of getting along." Carina agreed: "Yes, mutual respect, don’t control, control doesn't work. Only our dogs at home need to be controlled." She mentioned recently adopting two Labrador puppies, Batman and Benjamin, laughing that although she was initially against raising small animals, Tony really wanted them, and so they decided to do it. As a result, she is now happily on poop-scooping duty every day and has hired a trainer for the pets.
