(Miri, 12th) The Dabao Clan Association will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting on March 22 (Sunday) at 11:00 AM at the Dabao Kindergarten Hall. The agenda for the AGM is as follows:
(1) Secretariat to confirm the quorum for the meeting
(2) Chairman Xie Guangfa's address
(3) Confirmation of previous meeting minutes
(4) Review of the implementation status of previous resolutions
(5) Briefing on 2025 association activities (presented by Secretary Luo Jinsheng)
(6) 2025 Financial report (presented by Treasurer Xie Jialiang)
(7) Discussion of proposals (if any)
(8) Conclusion of the AGM (lunch at the hall)
