According to foreign media reports, the Thai court stated in a declaration on the 13th that it will deliver a verdict on Prime Minister Paetongtarn's dismissal case on August 29.
In June, Paetongtarn had a phone conversation with former Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen regarding the tense situation at the Thai-Cambodian border, during which she criticized Thailand's border commander. Unexpectedly, the recording of this call was leaked, sparking strong backlash in Thailand. As a result, Paetongtarn faced impeachment and was suspended from her position as Prime Minister by the Constitutional Court.
