In Wuhan, Hubei Province, China, multiple 'Luobo Kuai Pao' vehicles suddenly stopped in the middle of roads, leaving many passengers stranded and causing traffic congestion.
According to reports from Huashang News and Red Star News, at around 9 p.m. on the evening of the 31st, multiple netizens with IP addresses in Hubei posted that Wuhan's Luobo Kuai Pao cars had collectively 'broken down', with several passengers claiming to be trapped on elevated roads or main thoroughfares.
Videos circulating online show a Luobo Kuai Pao vehicle with its hazard lights flashing, stuck and unable to move, while vehicles behind it are forced to detour.
In an incident report released by the Traffic Management Bureau of Wuhan Public Security Bureau at midnight on the 1st, it was stated that starting from 8:57 p.m. on March 31st, the 122 emergency service center began to receive calls from the public, reporting that multiple 'Luobo Kuai Pao' vehicles had stopped in the middle of the road and could not be moved. Public security traffic management and transportation departments quickly mobilized according to emergency plans, rushed to the scene, and handled the situation together with staff from the Luobo Kuai Pao company.
Upon investigation, it was initially determined that the cause was a system failure. At present, all passengers have safely disembarked, and no injuries have been reported. The cause of the incident is under further investigation.
