Hong Kong film tycoon Charles Heung and his wife Tiffany Chen have two sons, Jacky Heung and Carl Heung. Talking about her sons attending a summer camp in the US when they were young and encountering racial discrimination, she said that a foreign child spat on Carl Heung's head. Jacky Heung stood up for his brother, grabbed the kid who spat, and beat him so badly that he broke the other kid’s arm.
Jacky Heung once wanted to become a martial arts star. According to Tiffany Chen, he trained in martial arts with her good friend Jet Li, learning techniques such as Southern Fist. When filming "Fearless," Jacky also formally called Jet Li his master. He worked out hard to build a muscular physique, but his looks made him more suited for villain roles. Although he wanted to make it in showbiz without relying on his father, the audience wasn’t very receptive, and in recent years he’s appeared more on variety shows. Tiffany Chen has also developed a very bad impression and strong aversion towards the US because of her son's experience, once saying that if her children ever dared to settle in the US, she would donate all her family assets so they couldn’t inherit anything, and has forbidden her grandchildren from studying in the US.
