On June 17, 2025, upon the recommendation of the Chinese Embassy in Brunei, Brunei overseas Chinese Cai Xinche participated in the "2025 Overseas Chinese Ningxia Visit" and visited Longwangba Village in Xiji County, Guyuan City, Ningxia for an exchange visit.
Under the personal reception of Longwangba Village Chief Mr. Jiao Jianpeng, Mr. Cai Xinche was awarded the "Honorary Villager Certificate," symbolizing the local community's warm welcome and sincere friendship toward overseas guests.
